We offer a wide range of J316 Publications Services, and additional terms may be added from time to time. When you use a J316 Publications Service (for example, Your Profile, Gift Cards, Video, Your Media Library, J316 Publications apps/Mobile apps), you will be subject to the guidelines, terms, and agreements applicable to that J316 Publications Service (the "Service Terms"). In case of any conflict between the Terms of Use and the Service Terms, the Service Terms will control.

Each time you use a J316 Publications Service or send us emails, text messages, and other communications from your mobile or desktop device, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive electronic communications from us through emails, text messages, mobile push notifications, notices, and messages on this site or through other J316 Publications Services, such as our Message Center, copies of which you may retain for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

All content included in or available through any  J316 Publications Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of  J316 Publications or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. All content included in or available through any  J316 Publications Service is the exclusive property of  J316 Publications and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Additionally, any graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or available through any J316 Publications Service are trademarks or trade dress of J316 Publications in the United States and other countries. J316 Publications'  trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service other than J316 Publications' in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or disparages J316 Publications. All other trademarks not owned by J316 Publications that appear on any J316 Publications  Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by J316 Publications.

 One or more patents owned by  J316 Publications apply to the  J316 Publications Services and features and services available through the  J316 Publications Services. Specific segments of the  J316 Publications Services operate under a license under one or more patents. 

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and the Terms of Service and payment of any applicable fees, J316 Publications or its content providers grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal, noncommercial use of the J316 Publications Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the  J316 Publications Services or their content; any collection or use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the  J316 Publications Services or their content; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use or Service are reserved and retained by  J316 Publications or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the  J316 Publications Services for any commercial purposes without  J316 Publications' express written consent. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques in any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (such as images, text, page layout, or form) of  J316 Publications without  J316 Publications express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or "hidden text" containing  J316 Publications' name or trademarks without  J316 Publications' express written consent. You may not misuse the  J316 Publications Services. You may use the  J316 Publications Services only to the extent law permits. If you fail to comply with these Terms of Use or any of the Terms of Service, we will terminate the licenses granted by  J316 Publications.

You may need your own J316 Publications account to use certain J316 Publications Services, and you may be required to sign in to your account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem with your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account to manage your payment options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password.  J316 Publications markets products to minors but sells them to adults, who may purchase them with a credit card or other authorized payment method. If you are under 18, you may use  J316 Publications Services only with the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians may create profiles for teens in their  J316 Publications Household.   J316 Publications reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use the   J316 Publications  Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

You may post comments, reviews, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise offensive to third parties or objectionable and does not employ or contain software viruses, political propaganda, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use false e-mail addresses, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the card's origin or content.  J316 Publications does not review posted content regularly but reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content.

If you post content or submit material, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant  J316 Publications a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant   J316 Publications and its sublicensees the right to use the name that you submitted in connection with such content if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control the rights to the content that you posted; that the content is accurate; that use of the content will not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify   J316 Publications for any actions resulting from content you supply.   J316 Publications has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.   J316 Publications assumes no responsibility or liability for content posted by you or any third party.

All purchases of physical products from J316 Publications are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

J316 Publications assumes ownership of returned products until the product reaches our fulfillment center. At our discretion, the refund may be processed without needing a return. J316 Publications does not assume ownership of the refunded product in this situation.
